History of Procurement Services Unit UB

Procurement services in Universitas Brawijaya (UB) have long been implemented to serve the needs of infrastructure for all UB society, in development since 2008 has formed the committee procurement of goods and services with nearly all new personnel. In 2008 to 2010 procurement services have been implemented in a way that all of the manual is based on presidential regulation No. 80 of 2003.

At the end of 2010 UB submit an electronic procurement system to LKPP center, and then launched on December 11, 2010 by Deputy LPSE LKPP Prof. Himawan Adinegoro with the name of the Electronic Procurement Services UB (LPSE-UB).

Starting in 2011 the service procurement process has been conducted entirely electronically through the System by Electronic Procurement (SPSE)-LKPP to form a working group (pokja) procurement of goods and services throughout the center and work unit UB. In accordance with presidential regulation No.54 of 2010 and amendments presidential regulation No.70 of 2012, and starting in 2013 has established the Procurement Services Unit UB (ULP-UB) to form a working group on the ULP UB at rectorate and units of work in all Faculty /work unit UB to implement procurement services.
