Surveillance Visit V (SV5) QMS ISO 9001: 2008 by LRQA

On June 17, 2014 the Procurement Services Unit (ULP) Surveillance Visit undergo V (SV5) QMS ISO 9001: 2008 conducted by LRQA, this time the Procurement Services Unit (ULP) audited by Mr. Rush Ananda. The scope of the audit is the Quality Manual and several Forms. At this stage, the Procurement Services Unit (ULP) to obtain four minor findings, namely on the Status of Presidential Decree No. 70 in 2012 and Candy 1 2014, as well as the External Document Format RAB from the KDP.
In addition, the Procurement Services Unit (ULP) get a lot of feedback / advice (observations) about how to manage documents properly.

In this week visitation UB undergo the process of renewal of certificate of ISO 9001: 2008 certification body Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) and CR visitation activities visit the ISO 9001: 2008 on the Procurement Services Unit (ULP) has been done.
Activity visitation CR ISO 9001: 2008 which was held on Thursday, October 9, 2014 the Procurement Services Unit (ULP) by presenting Mr. Kristiawan Hartanto as Assessor. Audit process goes slowly but surely, every request of our assessors provide answers well.
Finally, the results of this audit has been relatively smooth, and the expectations of the ISO 9001: 2008 in the UB is not just to obtain the certification of QMS ISO 9001: 2008 to improve the image. Indeed QMS Certification ISO 9001: 2008 is to improve the system and better performance.

Pendampingan AIM UKPPA Siklus 5 ISO 9001: 2008

Pada Pendampingan AIM UKPPA Siklus 5 Tahun 2012, Kali ini Unit Layanan Pengadaan (ULP) didampingi oleh auditor internal, yaitu Ibu Sitawati dari PJM. Pada audit tersebut, Unit Layanan Pengadaan (ULP) hanya mendapatkan beberapa temuan bukan mayor. Namun demikian dari hasil verifikasi, terdapat beberapa temuan lama yang masih belum terselesaikan, yaitu tentang rumusan ketidaksesuaian produk jasa ULP dan tampilan web sesuai Standar web Universitas Brawijaya.

Pada Pendampingan AIM UKPPA Siklus 7 Tahun 2014, untuk yang kedua kalinya Unit Layanan Pengadaan (ULP) didampingi oleh auditor internal, yaitu Bapak Herman Tolle dan Ibu Rekyan Regasari dari PJM. Pada audit tersebut, Unit Layanan Pengadaan (ULP) hanya memeriksa apakah temuan-temuan dari hasil pendampingan sebelumnya sudah terselesaikan atau belum. Namun demikian dari hasil verifikasi, hanya beberapa temuan yang masih belum terselesaikan.
Pendampingan Persiapan CR visit the ISO 9001: 2008
Dalam waktu dekat, UB akan menjalani Proses Pembaharuan sertifkat ISO 9001:2008 oleh badan sertifikasi Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) dan kegiatan pendampingan CR visit ISO 9001:2008 pun mulai dilakukan.
Untuk persiapan menghadapi CR visit tersebut, maka kegiatan pendampingan CR visit ISO 9001:2008 mulai dilaksanakan pada hari Rabu, Tanggal 1 Oktober 2014 di Unit Layanan Pengadaan (ULP) dengan Ibu Loeki Enggar Fitri, Dr. dr., M.Kes., Sp.ParK.sebagai pendamping. Fokus pendampingan kali ini difokuskan pada 4 temuan Surveillance Visit V ISO 9001:2008 pada bulan Juni 2014 lalu.
Berdasarkan hasil pendampingan tersebut, akhirnya 4 temuan Surveillance Visit V ISO 9001:2008 sudah bisa di close semua. Harapan dari sertifikasi ISO 9001:2008 di UB bukan sekedar memperoleh sertifikasi SMM ISO 9001:2008 untuk meningkatkan citra. Sesungguhnya Sertifikasi SMM ISO 9001:2008 adalah untuk memperbaiki sistem dan kinerja yang lebih bai lagi.
AIM Mentoring UKPPA Cycle 5 ISO 9001: 2008

In Cycle 7 Assistance AIM UKPPA 2014, this time the Procurement Services Unit (ULP) was accompanied by internal auditors, namely Mrs. Sitawati of PJM. In the audit, the Procurement Services Unit (ULP) not only get some major findings. However, from the results of the verification, there are some old findings that remain unresolved, namely on the product discrepancy formula ULP and display of web services according UB Web standards.
AIM Mentoring UKPPA Cycle 7 ISO 9001: 2008

On AIM Assistance UKPPA Cycle 7 In 2014, for the second time Procurement Services Unit (ULP) was accompanied by internal auditors, namely Mr. and Mrs. Herman Tolle Rekyan Regasari of PJM. In the audit, Procurement Services Unit (ULP) only checks whether the findings from the previous guidance has been resolved or not. However, from the results of the verification, only some of the findings that are still unresolved.

In the near future, UB will undergo a process of renewal of certificate of ISO 9001: 2008 certification body Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) and CR mentoring activities visit the ISO 9001: 2008 was started.
To prepare for the visit CR, CR mentoring activities visit the ISO 9001: 2008 began implemented on Wednesday, October 1, 2014 date in the Procurement Services Unit (ULP) with Mrs. Loeki Enggar Fitr, Dr. dr., Kes., Sp.ParK. as a companion. The focus of assistance is focused on finding Surveillance Visit V 4 ISO 9001: 2008 in the month of June 2014 ago.
Based on the results of such assistance, eventually finding Surveillance Visit V 4 ISO 9001: 2008 has been able to at all close. Expectations of ISO 9001: 2008 in the UB is not just to obtain the certification of QMS ISO 9001: 2008 to improve the image.
